Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. HR Data Analyst:
- Collaborate with HR partners and functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable HR analytics projects.
- Develop reports in Workday to support analytics projects and stakeholders.
- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards using data visualization best practices.
- Maintain and enhance recurring analytic deliverables.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and correlations in key workforce metrics.
Required Skills for Sr. HR Data Analyst:
- 5 years of relevant work experience with data and analytics.
- Experience in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
