Insight Global is looking for a Fiscal Administrative Assistant to join a client in New Orleans, LA. This individual will provide fiscal and administrative support to staff, including but not limited to data entry into the organization's financial systems, filing, facilitating, and coordinating health center events and activities. They will monitor revenue data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare financial reports. They will also assist with procurement, grant close-out, and vendor contracts and will maintain status with healthcare agencies and act like a liaison. This individual must have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long-term growth.

-Ability to work as a part of the administrative team and collaborate and communicate effectively with the health department, as well as other government agencies, community partners, vendors and members of the public.

-Proficient use of Microsoft Office computer programs and applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

-Ability to work in a culturally diverse, patient-centered atmosphere.
