Work you'll do + Support Government Clients to modernize a legacy application to Java by providing IBM Assemble (ALC) expertise. + Interpret and debug legacy ALC code. + Explain and assist peers in understanding ALC code functionality written as business logic. + Interpret ALC code into business logic that Java Architects and Developers easily interpret. + Support testing efforts by using mainframe tools to debug the ALC code and communicate effectively to support triage work. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree required. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role. + Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve. + 5 + year of experience as a Test Engineer or Developer. + 1 + year of experience in Object Oriented Programming.
