Business Analyst 2

Summary:The main function of a Business Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. The End-to-End Member Experience Transformation Governance team manages strategic metrics, benefit analysis, forecasting, and alignment of new initiatives with multi-year and enterprise strategies. Responsibilities include data governance, strategic planning support, tool management, and establishing processes within the Member Experience value stream. The team also oversees structural and compliance changes during tool and process adoption. The Business Analyst Consultant, reporting to the Strategic Planning and Performance Principal, will help coordinate the quarterly roadmap Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), document metric definitions, and promote best practices across the transformation office. The role involves strengthening the Program Governance Community of Practice by implementing standard processes, controls, and dashboards to ensure traceability between strategy and execution. Job Responsibilities: Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers The ideal candidate will have experience with business processes, analytics, and compliance, along with strong proficiency in agile methodologies. Expertise in analytics, data visualization (Tableau preferred), and communicating complex topics to diverse stakeholders is required Experience in agile delivery and methodologies is essential for driving alignment between strategic goals and execution Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required, or 2-4 years' experience required Strong knowledge and experience with Agile delivery and methodology Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions. Experience with reporting program Tableau preferred The ideal candidate will have experience with business processes, analytics, and compliance, along with strong proficiency in agile methodologies Expertise in analytics, data visualization (Tableau preferred), and communicating complex topics to diverse stakeholders is required Experience in agile delivery and methodologies is essential for driving alignment between strategic goals and execution Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
