Business Systems Analyst

A client of Insight Global in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Business System Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will oversee and manage customer applications in web and mobile environments, utilizing Tricentis qTest, Tosca, and Neload products to ensure optimal application performance and user experience. You will serve as a system expert, providing guidance to team members and technical staff on the best configurations and improvements. Additionally, you will lead small projects focused on application development and enhancements, and drive process improvement initiatives. Establishing relationships with clients to understand business objectives and challenges will also be a key responsibility.
