Responsible for writing business requirements and executing test automation processes using RPA tools.Serves as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining metrics, reporting and analyses to drive key business decisions. Mentorship within the team is a common practice that will provide opportunities for growth.How You'll Spend Your Time You will serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize Robotic Process Automation technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes. You will work closely with the Automation Analysts to ensure understanding of the process and assist with the creation of the solution design to ensure delivery of a solution that meets the business requirements. You will be responsible for capturing detailed level mapping instructions for processes submitted for automation. You will be responsible for writing business requirements and executing test automation processes using Robotic Process Automation tools. You will identify or support the creation of all appropriate use/cases/process scenarios and their expected outcomes that will be used during the delivery lifecycle for the process. You will support, assess and validate the automated activities with a subject matter experts (SME) during any verification and user acceptance testing. You will help mentor other colleagues on Blue Prism process - providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques. Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Services or a related field of study and 2+ years of direct experience or 5+ years of experience in RPA or Automation or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate documentation. Prior experience of using flow diagrams would be beneficial. Experience in requirements management to capture business processes using both existing process documentation and process walk-throughs with the staff performing the process. Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall) Experience in facilitating workshops and interviews to gather requirements and analyze and improve existing processes. Strong ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in-person as well as small group situations Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO knowledge Experience with RPA a plus Experience in HTML, SQL and .NET a plus Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsOffice BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
