Essential Functions To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty adequately. The essential functions listed below are representative of expected skills and tasks needed. Install, configure and troubleshoot end user and network devices such as computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware. Deploy and configure end user and network devices via MECM and PXE deployments, to include computers and laptops and any other applicable hardware. Install and troubleshoot third-party software on end user devices such as Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office, and browsers. Provide touch labor services to include installation, troubleshooting, and software, security, and vendor patches, etc. Provide touch labor services, to include installation, troubleshooting, and repair of physical hardware. Other related duties as assigned. Required Skills Ability to be self-organized and self-motivated to prioritize and meet deadlines. Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft related applications such as Microsoft Office. Experience evaluating and fixing STIG settings on an end user device such as a workstation, laptop, printer, etc. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience. Five (5) or more years' relevant experience working in Information Technology. Must have and maintain or be able to obtain prior to start date a Security, CySA, GICSP, or similar certification meeting DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01 baseline certification for IAT Level II. Must have and maintain or be able to obtain within three months of start date a CE (Computer Environment) Linux, Server or similar certification meeting DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01 baseline certification for IAT Level II. Experience applying extensive knowledge of a variety of Cyber Security field concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure the secure integration and operation of enclave systems. PowerShell, VBS, or other scripting language experience desired. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport. Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements. Valid Driver's License required. Ability to bend, lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted, twist and climb stairs. Travel by plane, helicopter and/or boat to conduct work activities on outer islands is required. This position is unaccompanied and will reside on the island of Roi-Namur.
