As an

Enterprise Agile Coach,

you are our guide, ensuring the effective implementation of agile principles to increase productivity across the organization. In this role, you will observe teams and work with agile practice leads and coaches to identify and implement needed changes to resolve productivity gaps, process issues, and technical concerns. You are energized by leadership and will have the opportunity to mentor and develop agile practitioners, leaders, business contributors, and executive management. More than that, this role is about improving processes and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you'll do

:Guide teams in the effective implementation of Agile principles to increase productivity and optimize agile practices across the organizationObserve teams and work with Agile Practice Leads and Coaches to identify and implement needed changes to resolve productivity gaps, process issues, technical concerns, interpersonal conflicts, or other progress impedimentsSupport the design enhancement and training of others in the use of Agile tooling, including User Stories, dashboards, knowledge bases, wikis, and reports, etc.Mentor and develop Agile practitioners, leaders, business contributors, and executive management to accelerate Agile learning and adoptionContinually work to raise the level of collaboration, continuous improvement, creativity, innovation, technical excellence, and effective problem-solving across departmentsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:

Master's degree or equivalent industry experience6+ years of experience working on a software or technology development team using Agile-based practices3+ years working with multiple Agile teams, such as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Lead, Agile Facilitator, or Tribe Coach roleAn excellent level of knowledge on Agile processesExperience working with Product Owners and other business contributors in the development of products and services, especially within the financial services or software development industriesAn excellent level of knowledge of SDLC and software engineering practicesExceptional mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skillsA Certified Scrum Master or Kanban professional certificationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced in the use of Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:

Prior experience as a personnel managerAn A-CSM, CSP-SM or Advanced Scrum CertificationCSPO, A-CSPO or other Agile Product Owner certification or equivalent experience in a Product Ownership roleAn advanced Scrum, Scrum Professional, Team/Enterprise Coaching CertificationOur Benefits:
