Monitoring all TFB specific nodes (MLB, BCH, Airport sites,Core network connections for Movius, SASE) NOC to NOC engagment from all business customers Swivel hair between partnerr and NOC to NOC relationships Ticket governace on all TFB ticket types for network Vendor Maintenance check in and escalations Tier 1 Troubleshooting / Triage Ultra high containment 24 x 7 x 365
