Systems Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our IT systems, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the best solutions are implemented. This role requires strong analytical skills, keen diligence, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Key Responsibilities:Gather non-functional requirements and implementation associated with the systems.Define policies by writing them, defining them, applying, and evaluating them to all the infrastructure systems, phone, email, and data storage.The ideal candidate will be working on the analysis of the systems and changes, not just the implementation.Define all the requirements and complete auditing to ensure they are following policies.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.System Analysis:

Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and process flows.User Support:

Provide support and training to end-users, addressing issues and facilitating user acceptance testing.Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with developers, IT teams, and business units to ensure effective implementation and integration of systems.Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and contribute to ongoing process optimization.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft tools, ticketing systems such as Azure DevOps or ServiceNow, JiraStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a challenging environment.
