This role will focus on collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely claims processing and to support ongoing improvements in our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare claims processing and a passion for data analysis and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:Claims Processing Oversight: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and ensure claims are processed efficiently and within established timelines. Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on claims processing performance to stakeholders, highlighting trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Issue Resolution Tracking: Collaborate with the technical team to track and resolve open issues related to claims processing, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution. Impact Analysis and Data Cleanup: Partner with technical and operations teams to conduct impact analyses and facilitate data cleanup efforts to maintain data integrity. Process Improvement Recommendations: Analyze current business processes, leveraging industry trends and best practices to make informed recommendations for enhancements.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with healthcare claims, demonstrating a solid understanding of the claims processing lifecycle. Industry Knowledge: Overall knowledge of healthcare claims processing, including EDI transactions and relevant regulations. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
