ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Integration Developer to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining robust integrations using an Enterprise Integration Platform, ensuring seamless connectivity between various on-prem/cloud systems across the company that are on multiple platforms. This position will work closely with our Agvance, Application, Data, Operations and Cloud teams to build out future application roadmaps.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

Collaborates with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and designs scalable solutions using Boomi integration platform.

Develops and implements complex integrations between various internal/external systems.

Configures and optimizes Boomi processes, leveraging connectors and APIs to ensure efficient data flow and system interoperability.

Conducts thorough testing and debugging of integration solutions to guarantee high reliability and performance.

Creates and maintains technical specification documentation and diagrams for integrations and processes.

Identifies and documents system issues, develops solutions and executes changes.

Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.

Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or MIS is required.

2+ years of experience in developing enterprise web services and data integration processes using an Enterprise Integration Platform. Experience with Boomi Integration platform is preferred.

Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies is required.

Proficiency in designing and developing enterprise-level integrations with an ERP system and experience in API software development is required.

Experience with Boomi components such as connectors, maps, profiles and processes is preferred.

Familiarity with various integration patterns (e.g., publish/subscribe, request/reply).

Expertise in developing REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, WSDL, XSD and SQL.

Experience with troubleshooting and debugging integrations.

Good understanding of data transfer and queueing tools (Azure Data Factory, PL/SQL, Synapse, Boomi Event Streams).

Experience with SQL (Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL Server and Oracle) and no SQL platforms.

Experience with IBM MQ, Azure, Oracle, Google Cloud or AWS.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Hands on experience in IT integration projects with: On-prem to on-prem, On-prem to cloud, cloud to cloud integrations involving multiple platforms, B2B, B2C initiatives in complex, dynamic environments where agile was applied at scale.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of API technologies such as REST, SOAP and event-driven APIs including iPAAS services.

Proficiency in various integration patterns, data mapping and transformation techniques.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-starter and able to deliver results on a proactive and independent basis.

Ability to work independently with limited general supervision.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Works well in a team environment.

Partners with both business and technical team members.

Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.

Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.

Successful completion of a drug test and background check

is required for all positions at Helena.

The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
