Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to one or more members of management and staff within a business or functional unit.

This role requires a solid understanding of company practices, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality.

Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will support departments with document management tasks and ensure proper documentation processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support, including calendaring, document preparation, and correspondence.Manage document management processes, ensuring proper filing, scanning, and storage of documents and inspection checklists.Review and maintain updates to procedure templates and document submissions.Maintain and update the physical document library.Follow up on incomplete or missing paperwork.Resolve routine and non-routine inquiries related to administrative tasks.Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or document management role.
