SVA has an exciting opening for an Administrative Coordinator to join the CPA Operations department. SVA's CPA Operations department manages project portfolios and all administrative services supporting the CPA firm.

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Coordinator is to assist in the overall workflow process of the assigned SVA CPA firm Service Line or Industry Group. This position utilizes clerical, technical, and customer service skills to support internal and external clients.

Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

70% Administrative CoordinationProvide administrative support for an assigned service line or industry group including Principal(s).Actively participate in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system including client support, data entry, monitoring and reporting on prospect / client opportunities and communications.Create and track the engagement agreements / contracts end to end process for new and existing clientsPrepare custom spreadsheetsPrepare and organize meeting materials including agendas, handouts, etc.Provide back-up support for peer Administrative CoordinatorsCoordinate batch processing and processing support needs with the processing leadPrepare and distribute reports to internal clientsMonitor Administrative Coordinator workflow queues and process as assigned

20% Quality AssuranceOrganize and prioritize workflow to meet deliverable due dates.Comply with procedures as it relates to correspondence, documents, and data entryParticipate in meetings and recommend process improvements to the team leadMaintain knowledge of and compliance with firm policies, standards, and proceduresMaintain professional skills through professional development and training opportunities, understanding of automation / technology, and professional clerical and communication skills.

10% Administrative OptimizationActively participate in team meetings.Resolve problems and appropriately escalate blockers or issues to Lead / Director of OperationsParticipate in continuous improvement aligned to SVA mission, vision, values, fundamentals, strategies and objectivesParticipate in ongoing individual, service line / industry group and Administrative Services team development and trainingSupport Administrative team in completing projects and managing workloadParticipate in area of specialty on assigned projects or process improvementAll other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum of three (3) years administrative services experience in a professional services environment is preferred.Specialized knowledge: Proficient in professional service technology / software and business processes.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize work and adapt to change quickly.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Exemplify our core Values of Serve People Better, as well as our 31 SVA DNA FundamentalsAbility to work during core office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.Valid driver's license without restrictions.Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.Requires sitting for long periods of time.Some bending and stretching required.Manual dexterity required for use of a computer keyboard.
