Newly created Full Charge Bookkeeper position with a construction company. (This is an onsite role in Avon, CT).

Full Charge Bookkeeper job duties:
- Journal entries, month end, bank reconciliation,
- AP/AR, payroll, AIA billing, working with project managers, subcontractors, etc.
- Work closely with the CFO on high level projects
- Year end reconciliation and financial statement preparation
Preferred qualifications of this Full Charge Bookkeeper role:
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
- Strong Excel skills, experience in Sage ERP system would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years experience ideally
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
