Production Supervisor – Lead and Drive Success in Manufacturing
Are you a passionate leader with a drive for operational excellence? We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team, ensuring seamless operations while promoting a positive and efficient work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in achieving high safety, quality, and performance standards in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily production operations
- Ensure smooth workflows, meet safety and quality targets, and drive productivity.
- Lead and develop production staff
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance
- Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Facilitate shift transitions
- Coordinate team efforts to guarantee efficient shift handovers and adherence to standardized work procedures.
- Manage records and documentation
- Maintain accurate shift reports, training matrices, and other relevant documentation.
- Implement 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices
- Drive workplace organization, cleanliness, and efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience
- At least 2+ years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environments.
- Skills
- Strong proficiency in
- Leadership
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.
- Flexibility
- Willingness to work various shifts, weekends, and scheduled overtime.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in automotive manufacturing
