Industrial Painter - 2nd Shift

Are you a hard-working, detail-oriented professional with industrial painting experience? We’re hiring Industrial Painters who know their way around pipes, valves, and heavy equipment. If you thrive in hands-on environments, love working independently, and have the skills to handle complex coatings, we want to hear from you!

• Surface Prep: Mask and prep pipes, valves, and I-beams using duct/blast tape and other methods. Support blasting operations in a massive 65' x 25' blast booth
• Blasting: Execute steel grit/shot blasting to achieve the ideal surface profile, following NACE specifications
• Precision Painting: Apply 1-3 part paints and multi-coat systems, including zinc primers, epoxies, and urethanes—up to 4 coats for some projects.
• Above & Below Ground: Handle 3-coat systems for above-ground applications and SPC-2888 or Denso Portal 7200 coatings for underground work.
• Quality Control: Use wet and dry film thickness gauges to confirm coatings meet NACE standards and customer requirements.
• Equipment Mastery: Operate spray pots, plural component units, overhead cranes, and forklifts to move and coat large equipment.
• Teamwork: Pitch in where needed—whether it’s blasting, painting, or material handling—to get the job done.

• Proven Experience in industrial painting processes with pipes, valves, and other equipment.
• Blasting Proficiency using steel grit/shot.
• NACE Standards Knowledge with experience in film thickness and blast profiles.
• Familiarity with spray equipment (spray pots, plural component units) and the ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Test-Ready: Must pass a painting test (visual inspection and dry film thickness measurements).
