Overview of the Senior Accountant role:
- The Senior Accountant will prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cash transactions
- The Senior Accountant will provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports
- The Senior Accountant will act as a SOX coordinator and assist in both internal and external audit
- Own the CapEx tracking and fixed asset accounting
- Oversee the lease accounting
- Intercompany transactions
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of public accounting
- CPA (+)
- SOX compliance exposure
