Do you excel at helping clients to solve challenging issues? Do you have knowledge of the benefits industry? As part of our Data Consulting team, your work will help provide clients high quality, comprehensive and cost-effective data quality solutions regarding their benefit programs.

The Expertise and Skills You Have

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, MBA degree a plus

  • 5-8 years in project management, consulting, total benefits outsourcing administration and/or new business implementation

  • Defined Benefit implementation experience strongly preferred

  • You understand defined benefit plans

  • You have demonstrated experience in recommending administrative, benefits process and/or designs that align to outsourcing product/services solutions

  • You have exceptional project management skills

  • You have a proven ability to manage a variety of sized, client facing program/project teams to successful completion

  • You excel at navigating and managing client and/or vendor relationships successfully.

  • Preparing project material including execution of analytical efforts to support key points and delivery (i.e., actively lead client meetings)

  • Proactively monitoring progress of projects, addressing issues and making course corrections as needed to ensure attainment of goals within the scope of the project

  • Identifying, validating, and recommending changes to process designs (client, vendor, internal) that improve data quality current state and ongoing maintenance

  • Working closely with internal partners including Operations, Implementations, Workplace Consulting, and Relationship Management team to design/obtain agreement on/develop processes that deliver integrated results where expected

  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, vendors, internal partners.

The Team

The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is composed of over 300 professionals who advise clients on the management of their domestic benefits. We are a fast-growing business within Fidelity, providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, and delivery. While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.

Data Consulting engages in data quality improvement efforts that span single and multiple product lines (i.e. Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services and HR/Payroll) within the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle. Consultants perform the role of project manager managing a team of resources to deliver the timely and accurate completion of these efforts that achieve margin goals.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$120,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
