Position Title: Asset Project Coordinator

Required Skills:

3+ years' experience working on Asset Management and/or inventory control related projects

Experience documenting, tracking devices and creating spreadsheets within ServiceNow

Experience with Excel

Experience creating purchasing documents and generating POs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client's Asset Management team in Columbus, OH. This individual will be the main point of contact that will take charge of optimizing key resources that drive the client's hardware success! In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for partnering with external vendors and multiple areas within the business to collect and manage client inventory, order supplies, and oversee quoting and purchase orders for a variety of projects. Candidates will need to have excellent attention to detail and must be able to work on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
