Location: Herndon, VA Job :Product Owner Schedule: Full-time Clearance: Active Secret or Higher Job description: On-site requirements are three days a week with occasional travel to Washington DC for required meetings. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product, market, and customer needs. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals and user feedback. Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria for user stories. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings with development teams. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Monitor project progress and identify risks, working proactively to address issues and ensure timely delivery. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate product assumptions and iterate on features. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, user research, and feedback loops. Champion a customer-centric mindset and advocate for the best interests of our users.
