This position requires you to be onsite 4 days a week in Seatle, WA.

The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of social media and influencer programs on our dynamic Brand Marketing team. This includes ownership of the campaign brief, planning,

execution, and reporting, laddering up to the broader marketing strategy and goals. This individual contributor should be creative, organized, and always in the know on social and cultural trends.

Key Duties

Apply deep knowledge in social and influencer marketing to support in executing marketing strategies that align with broader marketing initiatives to expand reach, enhance brand perception, drive engagement, and build loyalty.

Develop briefs, pitch creative concepts and trends, and produce engaging content for owned social channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Assist in execution of end-to-end influencer programs including discovery, negotiation, partnership management, creative briefing, content creation, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring on-time and on- budget project delivery.

Support publishing and reporting efforts across owned social channels, including recommendations for future optimizations, as well as community engagement in comments and messages.

Arrange logistics for content production, assist onsite for production as needed, and organize content creator trips including itineraries, travel and ongoing communications to key stakeholders

Facilitate budget management, including forecasting, invoice processing, accruals, and reporting.

Required

2-4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or related area.

Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing, or a related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.

Experience working in Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Tagger, and native social platforms.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across wide range of stakeholders.

Superior verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

Proficient in building presentations in PowerPoint and constructing and navigating spreadsheets in Excel.

Preferred

Experience within travel, hospitality, or aviation industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.00 – $40.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
