Enterprise Product Owner - Hybrid

The Enterprise Product Owner position is responsible for defining the product roadmap and capabilities for development of an enterprise product and services for all ACE markets and communicating the strategic and tactical goals and objectives for the product, in accordance with business line drivers. Creates and implements all strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of company goals for the assigned product. Leads the process of setting business requirements for overall functionality and navigation and ensures the product backlog is created. Primarily responsible for prioritizing the product backlog to achieve the committed business objectives.

What You'll Do

Create and communicate strategic initiatives to meet company goals for assigned enterprise products.Develop innovative solutions to address market needs, enhance existing products, or introduce new opportunities.Research and analyze competitive market trends and business opportunities.Integrate product initiatives with other Club programs and evaluate their financial and competitive impact.Communicate product vision, strategy, and direction to the product development team.Translate business priorities into product backlogs and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.Facilitate iteration planning, participate in team stand-ups, and manage product releases.Identify new product opportunities and maintain the product roadmap.Establish and monitor progress toward product goals, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.Cultivate relationships with external vendors, partners, and development teams.Deliver executive presentations and ensure alignment with stakeholders.Assist with product testing and create quality assurance plans before product launches.Actively participate in retrospectives, stand-ups, and help escalate risks and issues within the team.What You'll Need

Ability to maintain strategic vision while addressing tactical project needs.Make informed decisions to solve problems based on constraints and deadlines.Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Experience in market analysis and financial evaluation of product features.Excellent communication skills to convey product strategy to teams and stakeholders.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments.Solid knowledge of product line and emerging market trends.Familiarity with QA processes and product testing methodologies.Experience in managing relationships with external partners and delivering high-level presentations to executives.

Note: The position requires late-night and early-morning support for shakedown when changes are introduced to production. In addition, there may be weekend work and traveling for support in all ACE markets. Also, there is currently one day per week where the employee will have to provide early morning coverage to monitor the department mailbox in case our business stakeholders are experiencing system problems.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$126,300.00 - $168,400.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
