Overview:
Full Spectrum Operations LLC (FSO) is a SDVOSB JV between American Communication Solutions LLC, an SBA VetCert verified SDVOSB, and By Light Professional IT Services LLC (By Light). FSO is looking for personnel to support the Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia, Local Network Enterprise Center (LNEC) Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia, and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story (JEBLCFS), Virginia, with classified and unclassified communication systems support. Personnel will provide Site Management, Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Unified Communications, Inside Plant (ISP), Customer Service Telephone, Outside Plant (Cable) (OSP), Battery Maintenance, Cable Locates; Systems Management Mission Server, Automation and Network Support, Cybersecurity, and Tier II Customer Support; Land Mobile Radio; and Configuration Management support. Work is on site and core duty hours are 0700 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. All personnel will work an 8-hour workday.Responsibilities:Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for Voice over Internet Protocol Systems (VoIP)/Voice over Secure Internet Protocol Systems (VoSIP) technology in coordination with DISA and NETCOM.Provide expert technical support for VoIP networks, system upgrades, and end user instrument configuration.Provide O&M support for new, existing, and future VoIP (secure and non-secure) technology.Provide expert technical support for existing and growing VoIP networks, System upgrades, and equipment purchases.Use NetOps capabilities to execute VoIP/VoSIP responsibilities and functions.Manage and maintain the Call Managers, Gatekeepers and Gateway equipment, if applicable, on all networks.Monitor and identify capacity, quality and performance issues for VoIP traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telephony systems.Prepare, maintain, and review circuit level voice IP drawings and coordinate with Government representatives to develop VoIP TTP for VoIP implementation on installations,Perform analysis of VoIP degradations and failures, and then provide trend analysis and recommendations to the Government to avert future issues.Provide the Cybersecurity section with completed and accurate VoIP Diagrams and associated Voice/Video over Internet Protocol (VVOIP) compliance documentation.Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and fine-tune VoIP/VoSIP instruments.Operate and maintain Integrated Access Devices (IAD) connected into the VoIP/VoSIP environment.Administer the voice and video-teleconferencing portions of the UC System.Manage and maintain Gateway VoIP/VoSIP equipment, where applicable on all networks.Ensure current network software products are compatible with system configurations and ensure operability, efficiency, and compliance with existing standards.Perform function tests of systems components to identify and resolve technical problems, analyze system malfunctions, implement necessary corrective actions, and provide ongoing support for the resolution of complex problems and operating malfunctions.Exercise system backups to ensure expedient restoration of the database for the respective network equipment.Provide troubleshooting and installation support for VoIP/VoSIP desktop instruments.Ensure that all components of the ATS remain in a secure state by applying all applicable STIGs and use of the DoD IAVM program.Perform other duties as required.Required Experience/Qualifications:
Education: Possess an associates degree or higher.Foundational Personnel Certification: CompTIA A+ or Network+.Foundational Qualification (Experience) Possess a Basic Proficiency level with 70% of the KSA associated with the DCWF workforce role Technical Support Specialist - Work Role ID: 411.Residential Qualification (Certifications) 350-801-CLCOR, Cisco Certified Specialist Collaboration Core, 300-815 CLACCM, Cisco Certified Specialist, Collaboration Call Control & Mobility Implementation.Minimum of two years experience supporting VoIP/VoSIP requirements.Experienced with Call Manager and Unified Communication systems/services.Fluent in the spoken and written English language, to include the usage of technical terms commonly used in information technology (IT), network routing and switching, telecommunications, IT maintenance, and technical control facilities.Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
Supported the U.S. Army or other DoD Agency.Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.Special Requirements/Security Clearance:
