We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to play a critical role in our Insights team, working to transform data into actionable insights, developing visual dashboards and driving informed decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions that support our data-driven initiatives and contribute to the success of the company.Certifications Required:Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar roleExperience on Tableau at least for 3+ yearsDeveloper who can handle Data modelling and querying per the requirementsProficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similarStrong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulationKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (AWS preferred)Excellent communication, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of automotive industry data is a plus

Responsibilities:

Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to acquire, clean, and integrate data from various sources into our BI platformsReport and Dashboard Development: Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide valuable insights to stakeholdersData Modeling: Design and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for reporting and analyticsPerformance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements in BI solutions to enhance speed and efficiencyData Visualization: Develop intuitive data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholdersCollaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists and Analysts to understand their requirements and provide the necessary data infrastructure and toolsDocumentation: Document data sources, processes, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable systemsData Security and Compliance: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR)Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize BI tools effectively
