Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a daily caseload of 12-20 procedures per tech.-Perform a variety of cases, including:-Diagnostic and emergent cardiac interventions-Impella and balloon pump insertions-CTO and atherectomy procedures-Structural heart interventions (TAVR, Watchman)-PFO closure, cardiomems, EKOS, loop recorders, and occasional pacemakers
Certifications:-BLS-ACLS-ARRT-RCIS-Washington State Radiology License
Experience:-Minimum 2 years required-First-time travelers are welcome
Skills:-Scrub and circulate-Monitor and EKG skills preferred-Experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, and Impella -insertion-Proficient in left/right heart catheterization, Rotablader, paracentesis, and hemodynamic monitoring-Preferred experience with Watchman procedures, septal closure, and pacemaker/defibrillator device placement, as well as TAVI/TAVR procedures
