Administrative Assistant Temp

to take part in supporting our HR department during an important electronic conversion project. Your primary responsibility will involve transferring physical employee files into our electronic system. This hands-on position includes tasks such as scanning documents and meticulously organizing and naming the files by type for easy access and retrieval.

This part-time temporary position offers a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with 3 to 5 workdays per week, totaling fewer than 30 hours in a given week. This position is project based and will end upon project completion.

What you need to be successfulTo excel as an Administrative Assistant Temp, you'll need a strong set of skills that ensures the success of our HR department's electronic conversion project. Preferred filing experience is essential, as you'll be meticulously organizing and categorizing employee files. Familiarity with electronic conversion processes will aid in effectively scanning and transferring physical documents into our electronic system.

Additionally, since you'll be handling confidential information, a commitment to maintaining privacy and security is vital.
