Title: Sr./Lead SAP Tester Location - Hybrid - Dearborn, MI Contract-W2 Duration: Long Term Contract Must have LinkedIn Account H1 transfer will also work. Product Manager Consultant/Expert -(Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan) Skills Required: Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan. Manage detailed test plans for all test cycles such as System Integration testing, Load and Performance testing, Dry Run testing and User Acceptance testing Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer Apply customer expectations, industry standards, software development, and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define, document, maintain and improve processes. Develop logic for extracting useful information from large datasets to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business processes. Train new team members on testing roles, objectives, and expectations for the program Skills Preferred: Strong oral/written communication skills; ability to message at the right level depending on the audience Demonstrated proactivity and sense of urgency Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports Ability to perform in adverse/tight timeline situations Demonstrated Quick thinking, positive and can-do attitude Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with significant emphasis on ERP systems, especially SAP. Demonstrated success in SAP ERP implementations, particularly with SAP S4/Hana. Strong background in Various Test cycles such as integration testing Advanced skills in data analytics and Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and advanced charting. Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
