TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Normal, Illinois, 61761 About The Position Weekly Pay Range - $2472 To $2746 Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Home Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year of home care experience required; Oasis experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Ability to document in EPIC without issue Job Description: - Case manage 20-25 patients, seeing about 5-6 per day. - Perform patient assessments, wound care, and IV care. - Complete Oasis documentation. - Utilize computerized charting with EPIC EMR. - Provide nursing care with a supplied nursing truck kit that includes medical supplies such as scales, dressing kits, Foley catheters, and IV supplies. - Work independently during the week; no weekend or on-call shifts required. - Training and orientation include 3-5 days with an RN preceptor, followed by field support from the staff development team and nursing supervisor. - Maintain professional appearance with scrubs or business casual attire with a white smock.
