**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care for cardiac medical ICU patients as well as cardiothoracic and vascular surgery ICU patients.- Work efficiently in a 2:1 patient ratio, catering to patients requiring advanced medical devices such as NxStage or Impella.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in cardiovascular intensive care.- Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards within the unit.
