Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly Experience: 2+ Years of Critical Care Experience License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Ventilator experience - Drip titration skills - Critical care experience Job Description: - Provide direct patient care in the ICU/CCU, ensuring high-quality care for critically ill patients. - Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and operate life support systems. - Implement care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and meet patient needs. - Ensure accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system. - Comply with all hospital policies, including dress code, wearing galaxy blue tops with galaxy blue or black pants. - Demonstrate attention to detail and effective teamwork skills. - Float to different units as needed, providing support as required. - Handle patients with conditions such as ESRD, COPD, respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest. - Work every third weekend, with no call requirements.
