Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse/RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and support our medical staff in delivering high-quality services.
Duties:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Conduct patient assessments and provide direct patient care- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans- Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and conditions- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in patient care
Qualifications:- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN in good standing- Experience in memory care, dementia care, and spinal tap procedures- Knowledge of case management principles and patient care techniques- Familiarity with medical coding practices is a plus
