We're seeking a talented individual to join our Agency Services Application Development and Support team.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical team and business clients.Your responsibilities will include: Requirements Gathering: Lead requirement sessions, gather detailed specifications, and maintain a backlog of work items in Azure DevOps. Project Management: Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between stakeholders, ensuring adherence to change management policies. Team Coordination: Facilitate meetings, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to the development team.
