Application Analyst II EPIC Resolute, Physician Billing

- Interpreting and distributing documentation related to systems functionality, upgrades and enhancements-Creating/modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations-Duties may include instructing system uon workflows-Troubleshooting tickets via a ticket queue-Upgrades to system every 6 mo-1 yr team members rotate through leading an upgrade project-Heavy build work-Maintain and upkeep all system documentation-Mentoring new team members-Cross training others from PB for backup support-Participate in heavy customer meetings-Carry out optimization of the system-Team of 6 on PB side - Peer team of Analysts/Claims on HB sideWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
