- Interpreting and distributing documentation related to systems functionality, upgrades and enhancements-Creating/modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations-Duties may include instructing system uon workflows-Troubleshooting tickets via a ticket queue-Upgrades to system every 6 mo-1 yr team members rotate through leading an upgrade project-Heavy build work-Maintain and upkeep all system documentation-Mentoring new team members-Cross training others from PB for backup support-Participate in heavy customer meetings-Carry out optimization of the system-Team of 6 on PB side - Peer team of Analysts/Claims on HB sideWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience-Understanding of systems functionality and/or PB (Physician Billing) departmental processes-High School Diploma or GED-2 years minimum experience in application support and content building Epic Resolute PB Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
