Job Title: Registered Nurse - Surgery Job Specialty: Surgery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years of pediatric open-heart surgery experience in a large pediatric cardiac surgery program License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Experience circulating for complex, high-acuity pediatric open-heart procedures Job Description: - Circulate in the operating room for complex, high-acuity pediatric open-heart procedures. - Support cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures when not working on pediatric cases. - Participate in on-call shifts for nights and weekends with a 45-minute response time. - Work within a cardiovascular operating room with nine OR suites, including two hybrid rooms and one dedicated pediatric cardiovascular operating room suite. - Engage in a new collaboration for pediatric cardiovascular surgery.
