Travel RN - Emergency Room Float PoolShift : Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week, Weekends RequiredLength : 13 weeksRequirements:CO License2 Years’ ExperienceAHA BCLSAHA ACLSPALS or ENPCNIHSSTNCCAssociate Degree in NursingBachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred1 year experience preferredOther Details:COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
o 1 dose bivalent vaccine
• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
