Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/04/2024 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunities Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Labor and Delivery Shift : Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week, EOW Length : 26 weeks Holiday Requirements May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation Requirements : ID License 2 years of L&D experience and some postpartum experience Must be comfortable working in both L&D and Postpartum Must be able to circulate in c-sections Must have the ability to work with high risk patients BLS ACLS AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring NRP Prefer somone who has worked in a similar size L&D and PP/MB dept Prefer Insulin gtt experience, but willing to train on this Prefer Epic experience Others: L&D Beds 11 L&D rooms that double as triage rooms we needed Common diagnoses/Types of patients 30 wks, will stablize and shipout babies under 30 wks Will accept first time travelers Float: L&D and PP/MB are primary units. Can be floated throughout the hospital for sitter shifts when necessary.
