**Job Description:**- Provide care for patients transitioning from intensive care units, requiring a less intensive monitoring setting.- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and offer continuous care to patients.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.- Demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking and prioritize tasks effectively.- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a high-acuity environment.- Maintain accurate and precise documentation of patient care.- Ensure effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Note: This position requires candidates to work rotating weekends as part of the shift schedule.
