Weekly Pay Range - $2283 To $2536 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Per contract Experience: Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending Licenses Accepted Certifications: BCLS Required Must-Have: Own transportation Job Description: - Backfill for previous employee- Home Health RN for Eastern area of King County starting around Issaquah and surrounding areas- Shift: 8-hour days (*Cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s*)- Patient ratios: 1:1, may visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard- First-time applicants not accepted- No weekend requirement- On-call not required- No floating between units required- Not open to accommodating block schedules- Local candidates accepted within 50-75 mile radius- Minimal drive time as system groups clients efficiently; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles- Attire: Any color scrubs- Charting System: EPIC- These roles require COVID-19 vaccination, with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.- Must have references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years- All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state- Orientation provided at 40 hours non-billable- The employer will provide communication devices as needed, or reimburse work-related cell phone use up to a capped amount.
