This role involves identifying recurring problems, escalating issues to appropriate teams, and ensuring updated documentation for both internal and third-party applications. The Specialist also assists in evaluating and recommending technology solutions to improve system efficiency.What were looking for:2+ years of experience in developing and supporting enterprise software systems, including multi-tiered client-server and web-based applications, as well as installing and supporting integrated third-party applications.High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred; candidates without a degree can qualify with an additional 4 years of relevant experience.Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (AWS and/or Azure)A solid understanding of code and script (YAML, JSON, Python, PowerShell), Java, IIS web server technologies, and both Linux and Windows server environments.Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork skills, and knowledge of current computer technology trends.
