This role supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of residential construction and home preservation projects. The ideal candidate has experience in residential project management and is familiar with Asana project management software. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects and property management tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in residential project management and is familiar with Asana project management software. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, contracts, and change orders.

Use Asana to track project progress, update tasks, and communicate with the team.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Help resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects.

Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Support property management tasks, including maintenance coordination and tenant communication.

2+ years of experience in residential project management, construction, or property management.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency with Asana or similar project management software.

Must work well with others, be adaptable and willing to learn a unique business .

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices.

Familiarity with residential property management operations is a plus.
