Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and consolidating financial statements.
2. Establishing and maintaining internal controls.
3. Managing all aspects of the general ledger.
4. Providing monthly, quarterly, and year-end analyses.
5. Coordinating or assisting with the budget process.
6. Researching accounting issues for compliance with regulations.
7. Assisting with financial and tax audits.
8. Documenting and monitoring internal controls.
9. Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments.
10. Utilizing accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
2. A CPA license is preferred.
3. A Master's degree in Accounting or related field is highly preferred.
4. Proven experience as a healthcare industry accountant.
5. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation.
6. Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
7. Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite and accounting software.
8. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
9. Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
