Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Hillsboro, OR (On-site)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will oversee various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and enter invoices; manage accounts payable and vendor credit accounts.
- Post invoices, produce customer statements, and handle collections in accounts receivable.
- Analyze payroll reports and record payroll in QuickBooks.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and post monthly journal entries; collaborate with a third party CPA for year-end preparation.
- Manage office duties such as supplies ordering, petty cash maintenance, and mail processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus.
