Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details
- Oversee day-to-day operations at job sites of varying sizes.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or changes.
- Ensure the completion of projects on time and within safety standards.
- Anticipate and address shifting field conditions as they arise.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of Commercial Construction experience with a focus on Interiors and various Ground up Commercial projects and/or Interior projects
- Basic Knowledge of Construction management software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively during client interviews and project meetings.
- Professional interpersonal skills to work with diverse personalities.
- Must present and conduct yourself in a professional manner as a representative of our company brand and culture.
- Strong writing and effective listening skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop realistic and timely solutions factoring in risk, implications, and cost.
- Must be active on the job site to interact with subcontractors and validate work in progress.
