Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounting Manager to join their growing company. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting operations. This is a full-time position and will report to the Controller in a growing and stable organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting, including financial reports, records and general ledger accounts
- Prepare Month End Close including JEs, detailed analyses and account reconciliations
- Create and monitor internal controls and process improvements
- Assist in developing and reviewing operating budgets and performance forecasts
- Oversee AP, purchasing and treasury functions and completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Help in developing and implementing quality control processes for financial data reliability and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance
- CPA or working toward CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience working with or within audit firms with a deep understanding of audit
- Ability to lead a team and foster a supportive and collaborative work environment
