Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Software Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using .NET Core, Vue.js, and other modern technologies.
2. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Leading code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure software quality.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues in a timely manner.
5. Utilizing Agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
6. Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to our current systems and processes.
7. Mentoring junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development, specifically with C# (.NET) and Vue.js.
3. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Vue, Java, and JavaScript.
4. Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
5. Experience with Object Relational Mapper (ORM) frameworks, such as Entity Framework or Dapper
6. Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.
7. Experience with SQL and database management systems (DuckDB, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL)
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
