A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced and professional Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious law firm. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our managing partners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving will be greatly valued. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting coordination, project management, and legal research. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work proactively. This is a permanent role, requiring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in Law firm.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for attorneys.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including document management, email management, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, contracts, and reports with high attention to detail.
- Conduct legal research and ensure legal compliance in all operations.
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Handle office management duties including budget management and project management.
- Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients, demonstrating high-level customer service skills.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office and 3e and Interaction software to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Assist in decision-making processes and conflict resolution when necessary.
- Support managing partners in various tasks and projects.
- Exhibit strong multitasking skills, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with 3e and Interaction software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience in legal research, legal document preparation, and contract review.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading and editing.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Ability to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and project management.
