Salary: $40 - $46 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Perform PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment to increase machine reliability and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and other related activities as assigned.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot more complex machine problems and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in food/beverage environment.
• Proven experience with PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, as well as precision measurement tools.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed.
