Salary: $200,000 - $400,000 per year

Seeking Partner level / Of Counsel to join our award-winning Real Estate Department! Experience includes acquisition, disposition, development, land use planning and permitting, public-private projects, leasing, title review, construction and design contracts, financing and more.
•Big Law background is helpful but not required; Book of business preferred ($200k+) or a demonstrated ability and interest in growing a practice!
•Experience in representing clients in the ownership of lab/biotech, retail, and office assets highly preferred. Environmental / land use experience preferred for one position.
•Excellent drafting, communication, and client development skills.
