Analyzing current systems, recommending improvements, and managing upgrades.Overseeing network/server infrastructure, including AWS, to ensure scalability and efficiency.Leading help desk operations, ensuring swift resolutions to technical issues.Implementing network security best practices and disaster recovery processes.Collaborating with vendors and overseeing IT budgets.What You'll Need to be Considered:
Bachelors degree in CS, MIS, or an IT related fieldExpertise in AWS, Cisco Meraki, and Fortinet.5+ years of experience managing IT teams.Strong knowledge of disaster recovery processes.Excellent vendor management skills.
